А что, африканцы просто следуют европейским нормам, так что осуждений от европейцов или какого либо кпоминание об этом деле, как мне кажется, не будет.

Администрация БД тоже вроде молчит, хотя Эрлиндера навещали чиновники.

Я оказался не прав - администрация БД все таки высказала свое фе:

State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley told reporters on Thursday that U.S. officials were closely monitoring Erlinder's situation and have been in touch with officials in Rwanda.

"We want to be sure that he is accorded all of his rights," Crowley said. "We are pressing the Rwandan government to resolve this case quickly and would like to see him released on compassionate grounds."

То есть, администрация ищет милосердия у правительства Руанды по отношению к Питеру Эрлиндеру: "мы все понимаем, у вас там такие законы, но вы уж пожалейте пожилого человека."

Это с учетом, что Эрлиндера вроде бы есть дипломатическая неприкосаемость:

Peter Erlinder, [...] was arrested for his statements at the tribunal even though he is supposed to be protected by diplomatic immunity while working for it.
